The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones actor Jamie Campbell Bower has already moved on from his co-star/ex-girlfriend Lily Collins, according to Us Weekly.

The couple, who have only been broken up for a few days, met while filming the move in July 2012. The couple confirmed that they ended their relationship earlier in August, a source told the publication in an Aug 8. report.

"They remain very good friends," the source added.

In the days after the split, Bower has been seen with his Twilight co-star Ashley Greene, The Inquisitr reported on Aug. 10. There is no word if the two are romantically linked to just friend, but Bower and Collins remain close while they make promotional rounds for Moral Instruments. 

"People are cast because they have chemistry," Collins reportedly said in an interview before the breakup. "You're spending 24-hour days together and it's intense...plus you really get to know the best and worst sides of people-the rawest sides of people. You're perfect for the role because you have that connection with each other and sometimes that translates into more."

Collins has not commented on her breakup with Bower.

This is the second relationship Bower's had with a co-star. The actor was engaged to Bonnie Wright, whom he met filming Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows: Part 1. The engagement ended only a month before Bower and Collins became romantically involved.
