MTV's Teen Wolf will air their mid-season finale this coming week, and it promises to keep viewers at the edge of their seat.

While the cast and crew of the werewolf drama are experts at keeping the show's plots under lock and key, a few interesting spoilers have slipped out regarding "Lunar Eclipse."

As the Beacon Hills gang prepares to fight off both the Alpha Pack and the Darach (Haley Webb), Derek has been downgraded to a Beta; Melissa McCall (Melissa Ponzio), Sheriff Stilinski (Linden Ashby), and Mr. Argent (JR Bourne) are tied up and prepped for sacrifice at the Nemeton; and Allison (Crystal Reed), Scott (Tyler Posey), and Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) are forever binding themselves together as they allow Dr. Deaton (Seth Gilliam) to use them as pseudo sacrifices.

With both the Darach's and the Alpha Pack's stories rooted in the past, flashbacks early in the episode will hopefully serve to illuminate some more of their story. At some point during said flashbacks there will be a near miss car accident, a theme that will carry through the episode as E! promises there will be a "gnarly" crash before the episode is through.

The body count for the episode has been listed as two, according to E!. However, Entertainment Weekly assures fans that Issac is not among the dead. If good manages to triumph over evil, than perhaps Kali (Felisha Terrell), Deucalion (Gideon Emery), or the Darach will meet their ends.

Most importantly, someone will leave town and the season 3B villain is revealed. The villain is someone viewers are already familiar with, according to E!, which means there is a high possibility that Gerard (Michael Hogan) is back on his feet and perpetrating evil with every breath. Either that or Peter (Ian Bohen) goes off the psychotic deep end again.

While a beloved character packs up and heads out of town, Entertainment Weekly cautions that it may not be permanent. Despite the rumors that Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) puts up a good fight in the finale, perhaps his failures have caught up with him and he chooses to skip out for a bit. However, the youngest Hale is also a likely candidate for either departure or death since Adelaide Kane is currently staring in the new CW show, Reign.

The season 3A finale of Teen Wolf will air Monday at 10 p.m. on MTV.
