To the excitement of the WWE Universe, the company aired its second biggest pay-per-view of the year on Sunday night with Summerslam, which didn't pull any punches in terms of surprises.

After a little assistance by current COO Triple H, "The Viper" Randy Orton successfully cashed in his Raw "Money In The Bank" Briefcase at last night's Summerslam against Daniel Bryan, whose heroic title victory was clearly short-lived.

Also, many wrestling fans are surely wondering what's next for the self-proclaimed "Best In The World" after falling short against "The Beast" Brock Lesnar. Former Punk manager and friend Paul Heyman was a consistent factor in the No Disqualification match, and undoubtedly played a part in Lesnar's victory.

In a battle on the Smackdown side for the World Heavyweight strap, Christian fell short against "The Mexican Aristocrat" Alberto Del Rio via tap out.

Meanwhile, in a Ring of Fire match, it was Bray Wyatt who prevailed against Kane in his pay-per-view debut, as the former's assault included the usage of steel steps on "The Big Red Monster," who was eventually dragged out of the squared circle by the entire Wyatt clan.
