Lenny Hochstein Responds to Lawsuit Alleging He Drugged and Sexually Assaulted Woman

"Real Housewives of Miami" personality Lenny Hochstein is denying serious allegations after a woman filed a lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her during an encounter in Miami last year.
The lawsuit, filed June 5 by a Jane Doe identified in court documents as a British model, accuses the celebrity plastic surgeon of sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
According to DailyMail, the woman is seeking $100,000 in damages and requested a jury trial,.
In statements shared with media outlets, Hochstein strongly rejected the accusations. "I have never drugged or raped anyone," he said, adding that the woman was someone he met more than a year ago. He also questioned why the accuser did not go to the police earlier if she believed a crime had happened.
According to the complaint, the woman said she met Hochstein in May 2025 at the private Sopra Club in Miami Beach while visiting from London. She claimed a younger man invited her to what she believed was an exclusive after-party on Star Island. However, after arriving at the mansion, she alleged there was no party and she was left alone with Hochstein.
The lawsuit states that Hochstein allegedly made repeated advances that she rejected. The woman claimed he later gave her a pill he described as a "common sleeping aid." Because he was a doctor, she said she trusted him and took the pill.

Lenny Hochstein Denies Assault Claims
The accuser alleged she blacked out soon afterward and did not remember anything until the following morning. She claimed Hochstein later told her they had sex, despite her saying she had rejected him before losing consciousness.
Court filings also stated the woman initially believed she had been given melatonin. Later, after researching the pill, she concluded it may have been Ambien, a prescription sleep medication known to sometimes cause memory loss or unusual behavior while asleep, PageSix reported.
Hochstein's attorney, Lorne Berkeley, also denied the allegations and said the doctor plans to fight the claims in court. Berkeley stated there is video evidence that he believes contradicts the woman's version of events.
According to the attorney, the footage allegedly shows the woman leaving the home smiling and dancing before getting into an Uber.
The attorney further claimed there were text messages sent after the incident in which the woman allegedly asked to see Hochstein again. He also alleged that settlement demands were made before the lawsuit was officially filed.
