Nene Leakes addressed the recent reports that speculated she underwent plastic surgery in recent months.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star told Huffington Post that she believes because she tried different makeup and wore longer hair extensions, rumors spread that she had work done to improve her looks. Leakes' recent photos she shared on Twitter after her June 22 wedding to Gregg Leakes caused speculation that she had a face lift.

"I'm thinking, 'A face lift, really?'" Leakes said of the reports. "I'm in my early 40s. I don't need a face lift. Honey, I am black, and I don't need a face lift."

She told the website that she is not, however, opposed to getting procedures after age 60.

"I believe in a nip tuck," she said. "I believe you should always look good or however you feel. Whatever makes you feel great."

She then confessed that she underwent plastic surgery in the past but it wasn't on her face, but further south on her body. She confirmed she had work done on her breasts.

"I don't want breasts that hang down. I want them to say hello," Leakes confessed. "And I bought them. If I had a face lift, I would say it."

"I'm very comfortable and confident in myself. I just wanted a tune up," Leakes told the publication at the time. "I still wanted to look like NeNe, the black woman that I am," she says, "but a better version."
