Hayden Panettiere Engaged To Wladimir Klitschko,' Nashville' Star Confirms With Kelly Ripa, Engagement Ring PHOTOS, VIDEO
Despite coming out on the stage with a boa constrictor wrapped around her neck, Hayden Panettiere's engagement ring stole the show during her appearance on Live With Kelly & Michael on Wednesday.
"I'm sort of distracted, not just by the snake, but there's a very large diamond ring on your finger," host Kelly Ripa told the Nashville star. "I'm not sure if you want to announce anything ... does that signify anything...does that signify anything? Is that a promise of something?"
"It might be, it might be.. I think it speaks for itself," the actress said coyly.
"We need a direct answer!" co-host Michael Strahan demanded.
After the hosts congratulated Panettiere, Ripa joked she wanted to kiss her but didn't want to upset the oversized snake.

Us Weekly previously published a report on March 27 that the actress was "secretly engaged" to Wladimir Klitschko. A source close to the couple told the celebrity weekly at the time that it "looks like a summer wedding!"
"Very few people know, and she isn't wearing her ring publicly yet," added the insider.
The couple previously dated for two years and split in May 2011. They quietly rekindled their romance in January, according to multiple reports. When asked if they reconciled in mid-January, Panettiere said she and the 6'6 athlete were "just good buddies."
Panettiere previously dated her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia and One Tree Hill star Stephen Collletti.
