Hayden Panettiere has been under intense media scrutiny as of late ever since she rekindled her romance with Ukranian athlete Wladimir Klitschko in January. When the 23-year-old hit the ocean not wearing a ring which led reports to question if she is indeed engaged to her rumored fiance, another rumor mill began for the Nashville star.

According to multiple reports, the petite actress underwent plastic surgery to get breast implants. A celebrity plastic surgeon gave his expert opinion based on Panettiere's before and after photos.

"It appears that Hayden has some Nashville-sized breast implants," Dr. Anthony Youn told Radar Online.

Youn, who is the author of the book on plastic surgery, In Stitches and has a huge following on his blog that focuses on the subject matter, CelebCosmeticSurgery.com, said he can tell that Panettiere had a procedure done to enhance her breasts because of the wrinkles on her chest.

"The wrinkles on the inner part of her breast are very consistent with wrinkles we see with saline breast implants, which can be inserted through the armpit," Dr. Youn explained.

Radar Online asked the surgeon if he approved of the work Panettiere is alleged to have received and he gave it two thumbs up.

"Implant wrinkles or not, I think Hayden looks great!" he answered.

Us Weekly published a report on March 27 that the actress is "secretly engaged" to the 6'6" athlete. A source close to the couple told the celebrity weekly that it "looks like a summer wedding!"

"Very few people know, and she isn't wearing her ring publicly yet," added the insider.

The couple previously dated for two years and split in May 2011. They quietly rekindled their romance in January, according to multiple reports. When asked if they reconciled, Panettiere said she and the 6'6 athlete were "just good buddies" in mid-January.
