Pretty Little Liars fans can expect tight corsets and elaborate outfits on the upcoming Halloween episode of the show.

Pretty Little Liars wardrobe designer Mandi Line spoke with Entertainment Weekly about the costumes featured in Tuesday's Halloween episode.

"The girls were so, so excited in the beginning. They were like, 'Skinnier! Skinnier! We don't want to breathe!'" Line said, referring to costumes designed for the four main girls. "By the time I'd go see them on-set, [they were] like, 'I hate you!"

The pain of wearing corsets is referred to in the episode itself when Hanna (Ashley Benson) complains, "This girdle is cutting off my air supply." Spencer (Troian Bellisario) smartly retorts, "It's a corset."

Hanna, Spencer, Aria (Lucy Hale) and Emily (Shay Mitchell) will go to a World War I-themed costume party in the mysterious town of Ravenswood in the episode.

The Halloween episode, titled Grave New World, will be more of standalone piece than a continuation of season 4. Going forward with season 4, the show will likely see the return of Noel Kahn (Brant Daugherty), based on a recent tweet by ETOnline reporter Jarett Wieselman.

"Brant's been talking to Marlene [King] about Noel's Rosewood return but can't say more," Wieselman tweeted this week. "Although I hear he'll be back towards the end of 4B!"

The actor, who is currently participating in season 17 of Dancing With the Stars, appeared at the red carpet premiere of Ravenswood, the upcoming Pretty Little Liars spinoff. An official announcement has not yet been made regarding Daugherty's return.

Pretty Little Liars airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC Family.
