Hollie Cavanagh Fans Likely to Give their Votes to Jessica Sanchez

The pressure was on as the remaining four contestants fought to keep their spot in the top three as they performed in last night's show.

The live results show kicked off tonight with crowds cheering on as the top four performed a rendition of Californian Dreaming.

Joshua Ledet, Jessica Sanchez, Phillip Phillips and Holly Cavanagh looked nervous during their performance together. Afterwards, a Ford video ad featuring the top four was shown after their performance.

David Cook, winner of American Idol season 7 in 2008, performed his latest single "The Last Song I'll Write For You". His single is available on iTunes.
American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez performed her latest single "Dance Again" in a sparkly blue sequin leotard.

Jessica Sanchez and Joshua Ledet both received standing ovations last night and many critics predicted that the two would be safe. Jessica's rendition of the Dreamgirls song earned rave reviews.

Ledet's rendition of James Brown's "It's a Man's Man's Man's World" also amazed the judges.

Phil Phillips performed a cracking rendition of "Volcano".

Judges did not react too well to Hollie's performance of "I Can't Make You Love Me." Jennifer Lopez commented that the song was "a little too much vibrato, too much shaking" while Jackson said the song choice was wrong, adding "It gave you nowhere to go. There were no moments for you," he said.
