American Idol 2012: Top 3 Perform in Hometown Concerts Ahead of Semi-finals
The Top 3 finalists on "American Idol" Jessica Sanchez, Joshua Ledet and Philip Phillips headed on Friday to their hometown to hold a series of concerts to celebrate their accomplishments in the show.
Sanchez is in Chula Vista, California; Ledet in Westlake, Louisiana; and Phillips in Leesburg, Georgia.
They are expected to hold parades before the concerts this evening.
Jessica Sanchez will have a parade through Chula Vista today from 10:15 a.m. local time. At 2 p.m. she will perform at the U.S.S. Midway in San Diego, where she auditioned for the competition.
Ledet will have a church celebration at 10 a.m. today followed by a parade through Westlake at 12 p.m.
He will perform at 6:30 p.m. at the Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Later at 9 p.m. he will make an appearance at Contraband Festival in the same city.
As for Phillips, he will have the parade at 2:30 p.m. through Leesburg, leading to a concert at the Lee County High School at 3 p.m.
