Alicia and Cary's new firm will face many obstacles as it tries to take off, according to actor Matt Czuchry.

In the Oct. 27 episode, Hitting the Fan, war was declared between Alicia (Juliana Margulies) and her employers Lockhart Gardner as her plans to leave the firm were revealed. Will (Josh Charles) told her she was "poison" and informed her that she had been officially been removed from the position.

Cary Agos (Czuchry), who is Alicia's partner in crime, was also fired from the job. As the two scramble to steal clients they were handling for their new firm, Florrick Agos & Associates, security escorts them out of the office.

Czuchry spoke to E! Online about the fate of Alicia and Cary's new firm in a recent interview.

"You're going to see them struggle a lot in the beginning of it," Czuchry said. "They're a start-up firm, so they're going to have all the elements of starting a new venture, and that's putting the heat on for sure."

The actor also spoke about how the rest of the season might pan out, and how this crucial turn of events will affect everybody on the show.

"I think that by the nature of breaking those two firms apart, you have these relationships that have been torn apart. What is this going to do to all the relationships?" he said. "It affects everybody. I think it fundamentally changes all the relationships on the show, whether it's Cary and Kalinda, whether it be Cary and Diane, everybody. It fundamentally changes all the relationships on the show, so yeah, it's going to look very, very different."

Episode 6 will air on Sunday, Nov. 3, at 8 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
