The struggling Minnesota Vikings (1-6) take to the gridiron on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys (4-4), Arlington, Texas

The two NFC North rivals have both had their struggles this year, but the Cowboys will look to take advantage of the Vikings poor defense.

Despite Dallas's poor defense, they are able to compensate with a strong offense. Quarterback Tony Romo and wide receiver Dez Bryant have been a formidable duo.

Romo has passed for 2,216 yards this season with 18 touchdowns thrown. The veteran has only been picked off five times. Bryant, has eight touchdowns while receiving 641 yards thus far. The wide receiver will celebrate his 25th birthday on Nov. 4.

Although inconsistent, the Cowboys look to add consistency with their running game.  Running back DeMarco Murray is expected to return.

Murray has missed his team's last two games because of a sprained left knee. He was red-hot before his injury and in his last four games he scored three touchdowns. For the year, the running back has rushed for 428 yards and caught for 164 yards.

For the Vikings, running back sensation Adrian Peterson will look to run all over the Cowboys defense.  Despite his problems off the field this year, Peterson has rushed for 571 yards while scoring 6 touchdowns.
