The undefeated Kansas City Chiefs (8-0) will face-off against the Buffalo Bills (3-5), in Buffalo, NY.

After being one of the worst teams in the NFL last year, the Kansas City Chiefs continue to impress. In a shocking turn of events, the Chiefs are looking to go 9-0 on Sunday.

Kansas City's winning ways can be contributed to their strong defense. So far this season, the Chiefs defense has allowed a league-low 12.3 points per game, while recording an NFL-high 36 sacks.

Last Sunday against Cleveland, Kansas City matched its season high for points (17), it was the Chiefs third game be decided by six or fewer points.

"We're not trying to be the beauty queens. A win is a win. We know we're going to have to fight. This is the NFL," receiver Dexter McCluster told ESPN.

Despite their current record, the Bills do pose a threat to the red-hot Chiefs. Against Kansas City, Buffalo has won 5 out of their last 6 times.

It won't be easy for the Bills who are battling several injuries. Rookie quarterback EJ Manuel, remains sidelined with a knee injury. Running back C.J. Spiller is battling an ankle injury and may miss Sunday's game. Receiver Stevie Johnson and running back Fred Jackson are both dealing with nagging injuries, but hope to play.
