The San Diego Chargers (4-3) will battle the Washington Redskins (2-5), in Landover, Md., on Sunday.

After having last week off, the Chargers look to take advantage of the Washington Redskins. If San Diego manages to defeat the struggling Washington squad, it would be their first three-game winning streak since the 2011 season.

After a down 2012 season, Philip Rivers is back having a resurgence. The veteran is responsible for much of the Chargers current success, and is among one of the best quarterback's in the league. Rivers has thrown 15 touchdowns, while only giving up 5 interceptions. The 4-time Pro Bowler currently leads the league with a 73.9 completion percentage.

Redskin's quarterback, Robert Griffin III is currently going through the infamous sophomore jinx. After having a tremendous 2012 season, Griffin is facing his biggest obstacle.

RG3 has completed only 59 percent of his passes this season. The 23 year-old has thrown 9 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. The quarterback is coming off a season-low 132 yards, after only converting 15 passes in last week's 45-21 loss against the Denver Broncos (7-1).

The talented Griffin will have to overcome his recent troubles, in order to salvage his team's season. It will be challenging for the play caller, San Diego hasn't lost a game in the nation's capital since Dec. 6, 1998.
