The first season of The Blacklist continues with episode 7, Frederick Barnes, showing Red (James Spader) and Liz's (Megan Boone) partnership being put to the test.

In episode 6, Gina Zanetakos, Liz learned that Red is in fact the one framing Tom (Ryan Eggold). The preview video for the next installment shows a new character named Frederick Barnes (Robert Sean Leonard), whom Red described as the "most dangerous man in the world," according to Entertainment & Stars.

Barnes must be quite the ruthless villain, considering that every person on Red's 'blacklist' is a threat to society.

After 37 deaths are reported in a chemical attack on a subway, Barnes is the number one suspect. Liz thinks that the only person that can help catch the most "dangerous man in the world," is Red. Conflict will ensue when Liz and Red unite.

The official preview suggests that Liz will have trouble keeping her issues with Red at bay, while Red just wants to move on.

Episode 8, General Ludd, will feature a plot to destroy the country's financial system that will be uncovered by Liz, according to Hollywood Hills.

Blacklist airs Monday, Nov. 4, at 10 p.m. ET on NBC. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest info on this series.
