Victoria Beckham took her oldest son, Brooklyn, to the Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year gala on Nov. 6.

The proud mother tweeted her affection for her 14-year-old by posting an adorable picture of her kissing him.

"Special evening with my family celebrating women at the @BazaarUK awards in London. I'm so proud of Brooklyn x vb," she wrote.

The 39-year-old was honored with a fashion award by the publication. She also put up a picture of her wearing an elegant black gown for the event, captioning it by expressing gratitude to the designer of the gown and the folks over at Harper's:

"Thank u so much @JPicardie and all at Harpers @BazaarUK for my fashion award tonight. A beautiful, chic evening xvb."

Brooklyn, who played for LA Galaxy's youth team, seems to be following in his father's footsteps as he gears up to a career in football. On Oct. 31 he took to the field with the aim of joining this dad's MLS club's junior ranks, just like his father did in 1991.

On Oct. 27, David Beckham and Brooklyn got into a bit of a car accident as David, who was driving the black Range Rover Sport, crashed into a white SUV while pulling out of the driveway of his Beverly Hills home. The car suffered minor damages and nobody was injured.
