O'Loughlin, who plays the role of Steve McGarrett on the detective drama, will be teaching these special seminars with Inoue. The two-day, self-defense seminars, from Nov. 16-17, will celebrate the launch of Inoue's new 3,000-square-foot Moiliili gym.

The price to participate in one of the 90-minute self-defense seminars is $300 per person. All of the proceeds will directly benefit the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children.

The first look of Nick Jonas and Carol Burnett guest starring in upcoming seasons of the show was revealed recently.

Jonas will star on an upcoming episode titled Akanahe, which airs on Nov. 15. The singer will play a hacker potentially breaking national security who gets served a warrant. A still shot from his guest appearance, shown above, features the singer with McGarrett and Captain Lou McGrover (Chi McBride). Jonas is seen wearing a pair of big headphones while intently observing something, as McGarrett and McBride look on in the background.

Burnett will be guest starring in the show's Thanksgiving episode, which airs on Nov. 22. She will be playing McGarrett's aunt, Deb. A still shot of her appearance on the show features her standing beside McGarrett and her niece, played by Taryn Manning.

The next episode, Ua Nalohia, focuses on Steve McGarrett and the team having to take care of Steve's younger sister, Mary's newly adopted baby after she gets sick while working the murder case of an undercover ATF agent. He finds the child at his doorstep and the laughs come easy as Danny Williams and Chin Ho Kelly attempt to help McGarrett act like a father and attend to the infant's needs.

Ua Nalohia airs Nov. 8 at 8 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
