Ryan Seacrest has secretly moved on following his split from Julianne Hough.

The media mogul was seen with model Shayna Terese Taylor in Uruguay, InTouch reported Monday, Dec. 2. Taylor is also a personal trainer and nutritionist, according to her Facebook page. 

A source close to American Idol host said the new couple has just begun dating recently.

"It's a very new relationship and he thought it was a good idea to date someone who is closer to his age and not a 20-year-old," said the insider.

The source also slipped that he decided to date someone more mature because he is not in a rush to be in a committed relationship. The pair was first spotted dining at Lu Huella restaurant in the South American country's town of Jose Ignacio on Nov. 28. An eyewitness provided details of their outing.

"They were obviously together, and the girl was clearly into Ryan," the onlooker told Radar Online. "She was all over him, holding his back and his hand while he talked to the others. And he seemed to be loving the PDA."

New York Post's Page Six was the first to report Seacrest was dating a mystery blonde in June. They were spotted hanging out together at a party at SBE's XIV Summer Sessions in Los Angeles.

"He was with a blonde throughout the majority of the day," a spy told the newspaper. "He asked to go into the DJ booth, and brought his new arm candy with him, mixing tracks for 30 minutes."

Taylor is the second woman Seacrest has been seen with following his March breakup from Hough. The former couple dated for nearly three years.

Seacrest was seen lounging on a seaside vacation on a yacht with Sports Illustrated model Dominique Piek in July.
