Fans of Hope (Kim Matula) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) are preparing for their hearts to break, as she tries breaking ties with him in order to save her relationship with Liam (Scott Clifton) on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Liam gave Hope an ultimatum that if they were going to get married she had to cut all ties with Wyatt, including the work ties between her fashion line and Wyatt and Quinn's (Rena Sofer) Quinn Artisan Jewelers. Hope went to tell Wyatt the news, but in a preview clip for the Tuesday, Dec. 10 episode, he doesn't appear ready to accept it.

"I can't let this happen. I won't let this happen," a heart-broken Wyatt said to Hope in the clip. "We're not finished. We'll never be finished."

Hope will try to maintain her resolve and insist on cutting every tie she has to Wyatt so she can finally have her happily-ever-after with Liam.

"I'm so, so sorry, but I'm doing this," she said to Wyatt. "I'm marrying Liam. You are going to be my brother-in-law."

Liam appears ready to gloat about how he has once again won Hope over, presumably to his father. Bill (Don Diamont) has been living with him since he was kicked out by Hope's mother, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).

"I told Hope she had to break ties with Quinn Artisan," Liam said in the clip.

Hope doing what Liam asked of her could prove to be yet another misstep on her part, as the biggest threat to her potential happiness with Liam will resurface in episodes set to air later this week.

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Woods) will briefly return to Los Angeles from Paris. Even in a short period of time she could attempt to scheme and break apart her step-sister and ex-husband for good. Despite being in Paris for a while now, she still managed to get Hope to break off her engagement to Liam when she asked him for a tribute video about their relationship.

Liam complied with Steffy's request and when Hope found out thanks to Quinn, she called off the engagement.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
