Halle Berry stepped out for the first time this week since giving birth two months ago. 

Berry and husband Olivier Martinez, who welcomed their baby boy Maceo-Robert on Oct. 5, were spotted in Los Angeles Saturday night.

The X-Men actress flaunted her post-baby body in black pants, a grey top and baggy sweater. She walked alongside Martinez who color coordinated with his wife in dark pants, a grey sweater and a black leather jacket. (See photos here:)

The couple attended The Lion King musical performance at Pantages Theater in Hollywood with Berry's daughter, Nahla, 5 and Berry's ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry.

Berry and Martinez wed a few months before their new baby boy arrived in July. The couple has yet to reveal the little one, as Berry is very concerned with paparazzi's right to take photos of children. 

Enstars reported in June that she testified in court to support an anti-paparazzi bill. 

"If this bill passes, the quality of my children's life will be dramatically changed. Just getting up in the morning and going to school is hard for us," she said. "This bill would not infringe on [media] rights. They would still be able to take their pictures... this bill will just ensure that they have to keep a safe distance away from children and allow them to move freely."

Berry said that Nahla has rejected going to school and fears to go out on the playground because of aggressive photographers. She described the aggression as a "war zone."
