In an upcoming episode of Glee season 5, one of the characters might be making it big in music.
A new report from E! Online claims that one of Glee's more "talented characters" will be meeting with some record producers in an upcoming episode. This will be a "meeting of a lifetime" for this particular character, according to the report.
It doesn't seem likely that any of the McKinley High students will be getting a record deal any time soon, so it can be assumed that this applies to one of the New York residents. This means that Rachel (Lea Michele), Kurt (Chris Colfer) or Santana (Naya Rivera) could become a breakout music star through the remainder of season 5.
In other Glee spoiler news, Pitch Perfect star Skylar Astin will be guest starring in an episode that will air in March. The a cappella-friendly singer will be guest starring as Jean-Baptiste, the lead singer of Throat Explosion, the main competition to the New Directions.
Astin is currently starring in the TBS sitcom Ground Floor but his guest appearance on Glee will likely only be for one episode. Darren Criss (who plays Blaine) posted a photo on Instagram of himself, Astin and Chord Overstreet (Sam) with the caption "Me, @ChordOverstreet & @SkylarAstin... And a #DramaticSelfie for you all. So glad to have our buddy Skylar on #Glee!"
