Once Upon a Time might be featuring Peter Pan (Robbie Kay) beyond the midseason finale, according to the latest comments by the actor.

Kay spoke with E! Online about Pan and his relationship with his son Mr. Gold/Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle).

"You are going to see a change in the relationship in the mid-season finale," Kay revealed. "So they will touch upon that and it will be very interesting to see where they go from there in terms of their relationship as the season progresses."

Kay's comments (especially "as the season progresses") suggests that Pan will survive behind the Once Upon a Time midseason finale. Series creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz had previously revealed that the Pan/Neverland arc would end at the midseason finale, but it seems possible that Pan could stick around beyond the episode.

MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD:

Enstars previously reported on behind-the-scenes photos that were taken during the filming of the upcoming episode with big spoilers. In the photos, it appears that Mr. Gold is stabbing Pan through the heart, indicating that he dies.

However, in a show full of magic, anything is possible, especially when it comes to Pan.
