While Grey's Anatomy is on hiatus, Enstars wants to reminisce about the best episodes so far part of season 10.

The ABC medical drama is filled with declaration of love moments (remember "pick me, choose me, love me?") and season 10's was in episode 12 Get Up, Stand Up. During April Kepner's wedding to paramedic Matthew, Jackson Avery mustered the courage to stand and stop the ceremony but revealing his true feelings for his once ex-girlfriend.

"April, I love you, I always have. I love everything about you. Even the things I don't like, I love. And I want you with me. I love you, and I think that you love me, too. Do you?"

That same episode had Derek Shepard get a call from the president that could forever change his life. Fans also saw Meredith Grey and Cristina Yang for the first time admit face-to-face that they are drifting apart, and that it is something they might just need to accept. On the interns front, Shane loses control when the guilt over Heather's death gets the best of him just as he is operating on a patient.

In episode 10, Somebody That I Used to Know, Miranda Bailey is shown losing control of her OCD. When her husband Ben discovers the severity of it, and sees it affecting her work, things go out of control. Some fans were stunned to see the once-titled nicknamed Nazi acting the way she did. The turning point -- where Miranda may have also came to the realization that she has a problem -- was in the episode's final minutes when she had a fight with Ben.

In that same episode, Callie is caught off guard and takes out her anger on Arizona when she finds out the latter had a fling with intern Leah.

The Halloween episode, Thriller, was full of fright: one patient claimed he saw zombies and another could have literally been scared to death. Alex Karev also gives Jo Wilson the cold shoulder throughout most of the episode. He shuts off the lights to watch a scary movie alone at home but someone is at the door: Jo dressed in a fairy costume. She apologizes for what went down with his dad. Alex quickly shuffles her inside before the trick-or-treaters figure out he is home and the two doctors make up.

In episode 6, Map of You, fans for the first time see Alex really interacting with his father. He sneaks away at nights to spent time at the a bar watching his dad’s band play. He never lets on who he is, even though the two of them end up chatting and playing guitar together on stage. The conversation gets heated though when Alex's father shows him a picture of his second family. Alex gets upset and punches out his father, again.

"Do this kid a father," Alex tells his father, pointing to the image of his step-brother, "don't ever go back. Let him grow up without knowing you any more that he already has. He's better off. You know that...I'm trying to protect your kid, you're no good to him."

In Putting on the Ritz, viewers got a rare opportunity of seeing the doctors dressed up. Episode 4 of season 10 was also the series' 200th episode. The Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital holds a grand fundraising party. Callie proceeds to tell the guests that her wife died in that plane crash in order to get donors to give over more money. Cristina encouraged Owen Hunt to practice his flirting skills and the gala is the first time he meets his new love Emma, who happens to also be a doctor. This respective episode is also the first time Alex meets his father since his childhood. He has not seen the guy in 20 years and a blood test verifies that they are related.

In a sad turn of events, Richard Webber finally admits that he does not want to get better. He would rather slip into a comma than accept treatment.

I Want You With Me, episode 2, was perhaps one of the biggest episodes of the season so far: Heather Brooks dies, April proposes to Matthew (though they are already engaged), Callie Torres takes her child Sofia and moves out of the place she shares with Arizona Robbins; and Bailey cuts open Richard to operate.
