One day Blake Shelton's sense of humor may run out, but today is not that day.

After spending the year fending off speculation that his love life is on the rocks, the country singer took to his Twitter after Christmas to put down yet another rumor regarding his marriage to Miranda Lambert.

Blake Shelton Miranda Lambert Tour: Country Singers Say it is a Possibility

"Wow!! [Miranda Lambert] and I are so excited about our 100 million dollars!!! Who knew you could make so much money just by divorcing," Shelton wrote on Saturday after the National Enquirer ran a story claiming that couples divorce would cost such an astronomical price, according to Gossip Cop.

Despite both musicians' repeated affirmations that they are happily married, the couple have been a frequent victim of the celebrity rumor mill in the last few months. Kicked off by Life and Style Weekly allegation that the 37-year-old Boys 'Round Here singer was becoming overly familiar with singer Cady Groves, gossip about the pair has ranged from speculation about Lambert's supposed pregnancy and jealousy to Shelton's alleged drinking problem.

Just as they used humorous Twitter remarks to comment on previous rumors, Shelton tried to diffuse this latest report in the same manner. When a fan asked him what he would do with the $1 million, The Voice judge joked that he would spend it "mostly just crack and hookers... Oh and Taco Bell!!"

As for their flourishing career success, Lambert and Shelton took home matching Male//Female vocalist of the Year awards from the CMAs back in November.
