New info has come out on the upcoming fifth season of FX's hit TV series, Justified, which is set to return to the small screen on Tuesday.

Actor Damon Herriman, who dons the part of Dewey Crowe on the program, spoke to Entertainment Weekly about his character's intentions with his Florida cousin, Daryl Crowe Jr. (Michael Rapaport), who won't be making life easy on him.

"Daryl has told Dewey he's going to do something, and it's very hard for Dewey and it doesn't go well. There's every emotion you can possibly imagine, and just when you think things have gone wrong as they can go, they get worse. You get to see the guy really kind of shattered by the circumstances that he finds himself in," he said.

On Jan. 3, Executive producer Graham Yost had also spoken about Rapaport's newbie antagonist character, and made it crystal clear that Daryl won't be playing nice.

"They come in, they're invasive, they're hard to get rid of. We meet essentially all of them in the first episode, then they start coming up to Kentucky and settle on the wire one at a time. You know that it's bad news," he said.

FX's Justified is set to return on Tuesday, January 2014 for its fifth season. Be sure to check back for more of the latest details on the popular TV series.
