Whether or not Ciara is pregnant, she is leaving the negativity behind in 2013, vowing to stay off blogs.

In the letter entitled, "What is Social Media Coming To?" which the Body Party posted on her website, she admitted to becoming disturbed by negative and slanderous stories.

"Nowadays it seems like there's a competition with sites on 'Who Can Tear Someone Down the Most,'" she wrote. "The stories are going from cool and creative to pure drama. Even the comment sections are beginning to get out of control and people are using the platforms to exercise a false sense of power."

The newly engaged singer also questioned why people spend their time bringing down others when they could focus on positivity, adding that bloggers will get what they deserve.

"It's never worth it in the end when you sell your soul for a quick dollar, by creating bad stories about people," she said. "At some point, it will all reverse on you and you'll end up regretting all the trash you wrote or said about people."

Ciara seems to be using social media as an outlet to express how she feels to her fans. She recently penned a letter on Instagram praising those who have been supportive along her career.

"As I sit back and reflect, I think WOW, what a year this has been. On many levels, Personally, and Professionally. What a difference a year can make! I can honestly say this has to be the happiest years of my LIFE. I put emphasis on the word "Life" because after 10 years plus of doing this, I am more clear than ever that you have to have Your life in balance in order to have balance in everything else."
