Neil Patrick Harris and his fiance David Burka will appear on tonight's episode of "Oprah's Next Chapter", giving an insight into their private personal lives. The couple invited the talk show host into their home and to meet their twins, Gideon and Harper Grace, who were born via surrogate.

In the episode, the "How I Met Your Mother" actor says: "I think the way they were brought into this world was very unique and weirdly scientific, and the technology involved in it, I think, is remarkable. But it came because we really, really wanted kids. Like we really had thought it through financially, emotionally, relationship-wise. Like we didn't just accidentally get pregnant and decide that now we need to make this work. These kids came into our world with nothing but love."

The twins were conceived by both Harris and Burtka fertilizing donor eggs and then being implanted into a surrogate's womb. Burtka said: "Two eggs, two embryos, one of mine, one of his." The whole conception is a bit unusual as the surrogate did not donate the egg herself. The couple met the surrogate but did not meet the egg donor. Burtka described the surrogate, saying ""She was more like the oven."
