The Biggest Loser season 15 winner Rachel Frederickson lost an extreme amount of weight to take home the title of Biggest Loser, resulting in many fans voicing their concern.

Frederickson started The Biggest Loser season 15 at 260 pounds and dropped all the way down to 105 pounds by Tuesday's live finale. The result was a dramatic change in appearance, especially when looking at her before-and-after pictures.

Frederickson spoke with reporters Wednesday and gushed about her new body image.

"Oh gosh, I just see a strong, confident woman, and I feel great," she said about herself. "I've never felt this great, and it's very exciting!"

She went on to say that she is in "maintenance mode" for her new body, explaining that she will be doing yoga classes, spin classes and dance classes to keep herself healthy and skinny.

"I've never felt this great before," she added. "I've officially found that proud, confident girl that I've lost! I was an athletic, national level swimmer, and to have that athlete come back again is a truly, amazing feeling."

Many commenters on The Biggest Loser's Facebook and Twitter pages expressed their dismay at the 24-year-old's extreme weight loss. Frederickson's Biggest Loser trainer Dolvett Quince wrote about the outrage on his Facebook page after the show.

"Biggest Loser is a journey which has its ups and downs," he wrote. "Please try not to look at one slice of Rachel's journey and come to broad conclusions. Rachel's health is and always has been my main concern and her journey to good health has not yet ended!!"

Frederickson won $250,000 in the Biggest Loser season 15 finale Tuesday for losing the most amount of weight.
