Now that Hope (Kim Matula) knows the truth and has temporarily gotten Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) out of the country, Katie (Heather Tom) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will be forced to deal with their secret feelings for one another once and for all on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Katie is still hesitant about starting something up with Ridge because he is her sister's husband however, and in a preview clip for the Wednesday, Feb. 26 episode, she will reiterate her stance that doing something about her feelings would just be repeating history, and could potentially be seen as a revenge plot for what Brooke and Bill (Don Diamont) did to her last year.

"Everything I've accused her of, that's me now," Katie said as she and Ridge talked things through.

However, Ridge may finally be ready to truly act on the feelings that are there, because while he may technically belong with Brooke because of their history, he is currently very much in love with Katie.

"We need to start being honest with each other," he said to her. "I can't deny this."

Starting a relationship with one another could prove to be a risky move for the potential couple, especially if Brooke finds out about it. She would be finding herself in the same position Katie was in when Brooke shacked up with Bill, despite his still being Katie's husband, and she won't like knowing what it felt like on the other end of that twisted triangle.
