Ava (Maura West) is making sure her tracks are covered to prevent the truth about her past crimes from coming out on General Hospital.

Ric Lansing Returns

Her past relationship with Silas (Michael Easton) has come to light as he has been investigated in his wife's death, something he believes Ava was actually responsible for. Now, as his investigation has potentially lead to him using Ava's own mother, Delia (Ilene Kirsten) against her, she is set to begin some damage control.

"Did Delia prove that Ava is the one setting me up?" Silas asked Sam (Kelly Monaco) in a preview clip for the Wednesday, Feb. 26 episode.

Three Couples Split Up?

Meanwhile, Ava pays her mother a visit in New York, possibly to see if she has turned on her.

"Hello Mother," she said.

Meanwhile, Ava's other crime of killing Connie Falconeri is also set to come to light soon, as A.J. (Sean Canaan) has been slowly putting the pieces together about what actually happened that night, and is realizing he truly isn't guilty for her death.

Though Ava previously convinced him that she had covered for him, she knows it won't be long before he realizes what she did, and she has enlisted Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) to help her keep him quiet as a result.

"All I've got to do is take this shot," he said to himself as he prepared a gun and crouched outside one of A.J.'s windows.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
