Lacey Wildd, a mother of six from Miami, Florida, wants to enlarge her breasts to Triple M cup, but she would not become the model with the largest breasts in the world.

However, after a Triple M implant, Wildd, whose real name is Paula Simonds, will enter into the Top 5, which she has said, is her desire.

"If I have triple M implants it will take me into the top 5 big breasted models in the world," Wildd told the Daily Mail. "There is a top 5 and then everybody else is below that."

"It will increase my fame and earning power considerably. I want to make the most of this opportunity, to give my kids a good lifestyle," she continued.

After attention was brought to Wildd on Thursday, the model has claimed she is not doing it for "fame."

On Thursday, Wilddnoticed that numerous tabloids and newspapers around the world featured her story about undergoing a 13th plastic surgery to become Triple M cup.

"I hit world wide headline across the world reaching millions with my story. I never thought I would be here just a year ago," Wildd said on Twitter Friday morning.

"... but just want everyone to know, never cared about being famous just wanted 2 b successful," Wildd tweeted about an hour later.

But her ambition may come with a downside after at least one doctor has advised it could be too dangerous.

Cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon Dr Alberto Gallerani, based in Miami, said Wildd may be suffering from body dysmorphic disorder and should not have another enlargement.

"The skin around her breasts is already extremely thin, and it would be too dangerous for her to undergo more surgery," he said, according to the Daily Mail.

Her children are also concerned about their mother.

Her 16-year-old daughter Tori said she doesn't want her mother to risk her health.

"I don't want my mom to have her boobs made any bigger. I think she isn't really thinking about our opinions. What if she dies? Is she taking that into consideration?" she said.

"Does she really care that her kids could be left alone?"

But Wildd says she is going to take the risk anyway.

"I know that the surgery is going to be dangerous. I went into this knowing that there are going to be very big risks involved. But I'm ready to take that chance," she said.
