An iPhone 5 commercial that features a see-through Retina Display, is not from Apple.

The ad was made by 17-year-old Dakota Adney who lists his location in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The ad sparked buzz in the Internet as to whether it was the first sight of the highly anticipated smartphone.

Prototypes of the iPhone 5 have been leaked online but Apple did not make any official announcement of the phone's release date at its WWDC in San Francisco on June 11.

The prototypes of iPhone 5 sport a bigger 4 inch display to its predecessor. It is expected to be the first iPhone to support 4G LTE and have liquidmetal casing throughout.

Apple's iOS 6 will come with new maps, NOT Google, and skyview - which will be very similar to Google Earth. They reckon their map service will change the way we see the world. It will also include Facebook integration - with the social media embedded into the iOS.

The much anticipated gadget was designed by the late Steve Jobs and is rumored to be released in September.

The current iPhone 4S screen is 3.5 inches. There are reports that the new 4 inch screens are already in production in Korea and Japan by LG Display Co Ltd, Sharp Corp and Japan Display Inc. The three companies are likely to get production orders within a month, which increased speculation of a September launch.
