Glee star Naya Rivera (who plays Santana) recently addressed rumors that she was exiting the show as it transitions to its exclusively New York setting.

Glee Regular Since First Episode NOT Returning for Final Season?

Rivera spoke with TVLine at the Glee 100th episode party in West Hollywood Tuesday night, revealing that she was still a part of the show - at least for the immediate future.

"I can say that I have to go out of town tonight for a job, and I have to be back Thursday at noon to go to work on Glee," Rivera revealed.

Kurt & Blaine Go Through "Difficult" Times After Move To New York?

Rivera suggested that the rumors that she was not going to be involved with Glee anymore were started after co-star Lea Michele (Rachel) listed off the cast members to be featured in New York going forward and did not mention her.

"It's New York now," Michele explained to E! Online. "So it's me and Chris [Colfer] and Darren [Criss] and Chord [Overstreet] and Kevin [McHale]."

Rivera noted to TVLine that Michele might of had some sort of "Freudian slip," but suggested that others not take the slip up too seriously.

"People just take things, little things, and blow them up," she said. "But like I said, I'm reporting for duty Thursday at noon."

Glee is in the process of transitioning to an exclusively New York-set show, with new graduates Blaine (Criss), Sam (Overstreet) and Artie (Kevin McHale) moving to the Big Apple. The TVLine report notes that casting decisions for the final season of Glee will be finalized in June.

Glee season 5 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
