As everyone gathers to celebrate Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) and Britt's (Kelly Thiebaud) engagement, several shocks and surprises could potentially ruin the festivities on General Hospital.

Baby Ben's Father Revealed

Though the couple who plans to marry are sure they're going to have a perfect night that celebrates their love for one another, a major secret that Britt has been keeping could be revealed.

Though Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) previously told the truth about who actually fathered Britt's son, Ben, she hadn't yet learned that Britt wasn't his actual mother. In a preview clip for the Thursday, March 20 episode however, as she and Ric (Rick Hearst) snoop around, they could uncover some of the evidence Britt has tried to keep hidden.

Britt Prepares To Tell Nikolas The Truth?

"There's something written on it," Ric said to Elizabeth as they began reading a small piece of paper they found.

When Britt became pregnant as a means of tricking Patrick (Jason Thompson), she actually stole Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu's (Emmee Rylan) embryos in the process. After coming clean that Patrick wasn't the father, she pretended it was Brad (Parry Shen). During Elizabeth's investigation she uncovered the truth about Dante fathering Ben.

However, Britt has managed to keep the fact that she has been taking care of Lulu's son under wraps, and is desperate to keep the information a secret. If the truth comes out, she could not only lose the son she has been raising, but her relationship as well, because Lulu is Nikolas' sister.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
