Teresa and Joe Giudice are not letting their looming legal troubles get the best of their quality family time, according to the Real Housewives of New Jersey star's latest posts on Instagram.

Will Joe Giudice Really Be Deported? Get the Details

The Giudices are doing their best to make the most during their time out of court. As Enstars reported a few weeks ago, the two pled guilty to a plea deal reached with the prosecution, in which the couple will face much less jail time than the original 50-year sentence for their 41 counts of fraud.

With their July 8 sentencing quickly approaching, the couple is doing their best to keep their family in the forefront of their minds, as Joe could be deported back to Italy if the judge decides so. Since Joe is not a U.S. citizen, his criminal activity could keep him away from his family.

Teresa is Business As Usual Amid Recent Legal Troubles

Also, wife Teresa still faces 21-27 months in prison, but their legal team is hoping that the judge will consider her parental responsibilities before sentencing. Joe's lawyer Miles Feinstein recently told Us Weekly, "We're hoping Teresa does not go to jail. The great likelihood is that Joe will get some jail time."

While this is indeed a trying time for the family, in between promoting her businesses, Teresa shares Instagram posts of quality time with her adorable daughters.

Cheerleading competitions keep the Giudice family out and about, as Gia, Milania, and Audriana recently took home first place medals in all of their competitions. In each photo, the girls were snapped wearing cute bows and colorful medals just after their performances. The girls seem to be in great spirits, despite their parents' legal troubles.

Enstars will keep you updated on any new legal proceedings, as The Real Housewives of New Jersey are expected to return this summer on Bravo.
