On Thursday, Daily Mail posted the news that the actors from the British drama were joined by Pearson who has neurofibromatosis, a disorder that disturbs cell growth in the nervous system, which can cause damage to the face. Pearson is the star of a documentary called Beauty and the Beast: The Ugly Face of Prejudice, a series to support face equality.

Founder of the documentary, James Partridge attended the fancy event as well.

Lady Mary New Romance?

Cast members from Downton Abbey who also made an appearance included Michelle Dockery, Lily James, Lesley Nicol, Sophie McShera, Rob James-Collier and Allen Leech.

There is also no official word if Downton Abbey will go off the air after the fifth season or not. According to series creator Julian Fellowes, nothing will be confirmed until that season is over.

"I think the producers would be happy if you put the record straight and dispelled myths that the next series will be the last," Fellowes told Express. "I have no plans to stop writing and while ratings are as high as they are I can't see they wouldn't commission another series; it's just that they won't confirm until the fifth season is televised."

Downton Abbey Season 5 is expected to premiere in January 2015 on PBS.
