With her hit MTV show scheduled to premiere its fourth season in just a couple of weeks' time, Awkward star Ashley Rickards could have pulled off a huge secret wedding.

The 21-year-old actress had sparked a bit of speculation about the status of her relationship with some Instagram pics of herself and her fiancé, whom she refers to as "hubby" in the photo captions.

"#HubbyIsMyHumanAdvil," she captioned a photo of the two in a car March 24. Rickards is sitting in the passenger seat of the car with her eyes closed, as her unidentified fiancé reaches over from the driver's seat with a smile on his face and massages her forehead.

Rickards called him her hubby again in a post two days later, on March 26. In this black-and-white shot, the couple appears to be lying in bed with huge smiles on their faces, and an adorable puppy in between them. The puppy is also smiling in the shot.

"#HappyDogHappyHubby ;)" she captioned the photo.

Though there has been no confirmation that she has indeed gotten married Rickards did reveal she was engaged on March 15, tweeting a photo of herself and her fiancé as they sipped some drinks.

"Yes. That's exactly what it looks like. #ImEngaged," she wrote alongside the photo. The ring is large, and appears to contain two round stones.  

She also tweeted about her wedding plans on March 22, writing, "I spent all my single-lady days watching every bridal show on @TLC and now that I'm actually engaged I feel like a pro."

According to Hollywood Life, Rickards has been dating musician Tom Cole, meaning he could be her current fiancé, though Rickards has not confirmed his name on social media.

Awkward season 4 premieres Tuesday, March 15 at 10 p.m.
