As fans prepare to bid farewell to middle earth come December, Enstars is keeping track of the emotional ending of the Tolkien saga and all the spoilers that come until the film hits the screen.

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug Available for Streaming Online Ahead of DVD Release  

In recent interviews the stars of the trilogy have been dishing on what to expect from the film and how they are also deeply affected by things coming to an end.

Luke Evans and Richard Armitage were the latest to dish on The Hobbit: There and Back Again. Evans has suggested that his character's story will finally crystalize.

"We've only just touched on Bard's real storyline. It's exciting. That's why I'm so excited about it," he said in an interview to MTV on April 3.

Armitage has been pouring out his feelings about the series ending and the nostalgia that will accompany the final goodbye.

"The final movie is going to be the celebration of 15 years of visiting Middle Earth. It will be the final time Middle Earth will probably be seen on the big screen so I think it will be quite a nostalgic event for everybody," he said in an interview to the Belfast Telegraph.

The actor, who plays Thorin in the film, also revealed that the final film will be "shorter" than the first two in the trilogy.

The Hobbit: There and Back Again will hit theaters on December 18.
