The 2014 Men's Basketball Tournament has narrowed down to the final two teams that will go head-to-head at a shot to win the National Championship.

Kentucky, a team that has been through adversity after not making it to the tournament last year and losing in the first round of the National Invitational Tournament will play UConn, a group of men who took down the No. 1 seed, Florida on Saturday.

Still, the Wildcats believe that they belong in the final game, but still upset that the NCAA committee handed them a No. 8 seed during Selection Sunday.

"It was like a slap in the face," center Willie Cauley-Stein said. "I felt bad for the people ahead of us. I mean, we shouldn't have been an 8 seed.

"They didn't screw us; they screwed the people ahead of us."

Kentucky has beaten No. 1 Wichita State, No. 4 Louisville, No. 2 Michigan and most recently No. 2 Wisconsin.

UConn has a similiar story after coming of a path with big wins against No. 1 seed Florida, No. 2 Villanova, No. 3 Iowa State and No. 4 Michigan State.

Monday's night game will be the first time a No. 7 and No. 8 seed will face each other for a national title.

The game tips off at 9:10 pm ET from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas and will broadcast live on CBS.
