Ivanka Trump may have given birth not too long ago, but one glimpse at the latest cover of Shape magazine and it would be impossible to tell.
The 32-year-old appears on the magazine's May issue flaunting her flat stomach in jeans and a cropped cardigan, months after welcoming her baby boy, Joseph Frederick, on Oct. 14. When Trump was photographed for the cover, baby Joseph was only four months old.
The blonde beauty told the magazine how important fitness is to her everyday regime, and also revealed how she incorporates it into her family life.
"When I was in my 20s, I felt guilty if I didn't exercise-now I feel guilty if I do," she said. "Even if it's just an hour, that's time I could be spending with my family. So rather than beat myself up, I find things that I like to do with them instead."
Now, Trump often works out with her husband/businessman Jared Kushner and even does yoga with her daughter Arabella, 2. The Celebrity Apprentice judge and fashion designer also achieved her fit post-baby body with the help of her personal trainer, Rhonda Malkin, and by attending spin classes. She even has a few other tricks to always keep her heart rate up.
"I'll take the stairs instead of the elevator, or when I'm on a phone call, I'll do squats or pace the room while I'm talking," she said. "We're modern women! We have to figure out how to make it work, right?"
