Amid reports that she and boyfriend Ryan Gosling are secretly engaged to be married, actress and fashion designer Eva Mendes has further fueled the reports by selling the home she once shared with her ex-boyfriend, George Augusto.

Eva Mendes Lusted After By Another Woman?

According to Forbes, Mendes managed to sell the property for $10,000 over her asking price, raking in a cool $1,278,630 for the home.

The home, which was Mendes' starter property in Hollywood, features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 1,732 square feet of living space. The property provides fantastic city views, glass walls and multiple outdoor decks, vintage wallpaper and lighting and European fixtures. The gardens include fruit trees, a chicken coop, raised vegetable boxes, an outdoor shower and a cedar hot tub.

Mendes hasn't lived at the home for some time, and has been living in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home that she purchased for $3.2M back in April 2008.

Mendes only put the old home on the market back in March, adding to the speculation that she and Gosling are secretly engaged. Getting rid of the property that she shared with her ex could be a signal that she and Gosling are looking to find a new place together as they plan for the future.

The notoriously private couple has faced several rumors that they had split since January, including ones that stated Gosling was reportedly reconnecting with his ex-girlfriend and The Notebook star, Rachel McAdams.

Sources told OK! Magazine in March that McAdams was trying to win Gosling back, and that he has been somewhat receptive to the idea.

"Rachel has been very low-key about it all," the source said at the time. "She's played it very smart and used the whole 'just friends' angle to get close to Ryan again, but she 100 percent wants him back. He' not the cheating type, but he hasn't been honest with Eva about how much contact he has with Rachel."

Though Gosling isn't allegedly the cheating type, a recent Cosmopolitan article claimed he could be a cheater simply because of his name. The website quoted a poll of 2000 women on siteopia.com, which pegged the top ten names of men who are most likely to cheat on a partner.

Ryan came in third on the list, behind Wayne and Liam. The other names included Matt, Craig, Steve, Scott, Dean, Mark and Lee.

Gosling and McAdams' relationship, which ended after two years back in 2007, has been known as one which Gosling looks back at fondly. In an interview with GQ shortly after the couple broke up, he even called McAdams one of the great loves of his life.

"I mean, God bless The Notebook," Gosling said at the time. "It introduced me to one of the great loves of my life. But people do Rachel and me a disservice by assuming we were anything like the people in that movie. Rachel and my love story is a hell of a lot more romantic than that."

Gosling has reportedly also had similarly romantic sentiments to say about Mendes, with him reportedly referring to her as his 'muse.'

"Ever since they broke up, Ryan's been pleading with Eva to take him back," a source said back in March. "He was a wreck without her -- she's his muse and the only woman alive who could give him the courage to try directing. They're good for each other and a great match. He knows it and he's not going to let her get away this time."

Neither has confirmed their currently rumored engagement, though both are expected to attend the Cannes film festival in May, where Gosling's directorial debut Lost River (formerly titled How to Catch a Monster) is screening. Mendes is one of the stars in the film.
