Supernatural: Bloodlines received a running start courtesy of the Winchester brothers, and fans of the mothership may get to see a few other recurring characters make a crossover to the Chicago-based spin-off.

'Last Frame Of The Last Episode' To Keep Fans Riveted; Sam & Dean In New, Untried Situation For Finale?

Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will be busy with whatever danger is heading their way for season 10, so the brothers' visits to the Windy City will be limited in the future. However, the boys did promise to send Ennis Roth (Lucien Laviscount) a little help and there are several well-established hunters that could come to the aid of the newbie.

"I think where you'll see a crossover initially is with some of our supporting characters," explained Bloodlines writer Andrew Dabb, according to TV Fanatic. "There are characters like Castiel, Crowley, Garth, Jody Mills, people who are from the Supernatural world that I think could be passing through Chicago. And again, the fun of Bloodline is, unlike Supernatural, which has a character show up for an episode and be gone the next episode because the boys have moved on, we'll be bringing a character like a Jody or a like a Garth and have them around for three or four episodes and really kind of explore story lines with them.
