Apollo Nida is clapping back at rumors that he agreed to be a snitch for the FBI as part of a plea deal against fraud charges including bank and identity theft.

The famous husband of The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been extra outspoken on Twitter since news hit that he pleaded guilty to the serious charges Tuesday. Since then, it has been rumored that the reality star turned fitness guru has agreed to be an informant for federal agents to help them investigate any other criminal suspects.

Well, Nida definitely didn't sit back and let those rumors circulate.

He called out two followers that confronted about his alleged snitching ways, using Ball rapper T.I. and NFL star Michael Vick's previous run-ins with the law as examples.

Nida wrote to one user, "ur dumb...its standard language in a federal plea agreement. Michael Vicks TI's plea It's the same language different charge"

He added to another follower, "If 1 knows about the federal system it's standard language in a plea agreement 1 must b put on notice if that applies to them"

The tweets have since been deleted.

But what wasn't deleted was Nida's attempt to set the record straight and make sure he didn't imply that TI and Vick were informants as well.

He added, "For the record I never said TI nor Mike Vick cooperated for the FED's in there plea agreement. This was all taken out of context...I respect both them guys and looked up to them every since they started her career no Homo"

Nida is scheduled to be sentenced on July 8.
