The submission deadline for auditioning is now passed, having ended on April 25. Considering they were even looking for new people suggests that season 16 will not be All Stars, as many had suspected at the end of Big Brother 15. Fans can now assume that it won't at least be all All Stars, but it's possible that they could feature some newbies and some returnees.

Robyn Kass, the show's casting director, would not comment on the possibility of their being returnees in the cast when asked by That's Your Reality in April.
