Castiel's stolen grace may be running out, but Misha Collins' time on Supernatural certainly isn't.

'Supernatural' Writer Dishes On Gabriel's Alleged Death, Will Richard Speight Jr Return?

The actor behind the heaven's most revived angel has been confirmed as a season 10 regular, according to Buddy TV, which means Cas will need to reboot his angelic batteries if he wishes to keep his powers.

Currently running off of stolen grace, Castiel's powers are quickly waning. Metatron has promised him an unlimited supply of angel juice if he leads an army against him, but it remains unknown if the rebel's present legion of heaven's host if designed expressly for that purpose or if he is actually trying to take down the new God.

Whether Cas will be angelic, human, good, or evil, fans can at least rest easy knowing that Collins and his trench coat will be present for most of the season. Unfortunately, despite his status as a season regular, it is not currently known how many episodes Mr. Comatose will pop up in.

Nevertheless, Collins is excited to enter his sixth season on the CW drama.

"Happy to be back & thanks for all the support. for those of you who are disappointed, you're probably on the wrong twitter feed," Collins told his followers on Friday.
