Andy Cohen supports Ramona Singer? It's speculative, but he did retweet her tweet, which was an explanation of her "embarrassing" behavior The Real Housewives Of New York's The Last Splash. Kristen Taekman splashed Singer with water while the ladies went canoeing on the lake in the Berkshires. Singer then threw her wineglass at Taekman's face - resulting in a bloody lip. Fans of RHONY reacted in horror and condemned Singer's actions immediately. But for Ramona's part:

Ramona Singer 'Drew My Blood!'

"I am beyond embarrassed when i had a knee jerk reaction by tossing the PLASTIC glass @KristenTaekman when she got me soaking wet #RHONY," she tweeted.

Taekman took to the Bravo blog to rant: "IT IS NOT OK TO THROW A GLASS AT ANYONE!!! SHE DREW BLOOD, MY BLOOD FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! I didn't even realize that I was bleeding..."

Kelly Bensimon Wants Back On RHONY? But Why?

"The only comforting thing was learning that Lu was a nurse, but I just wanted to get out of that water clean my lip and assess the damage...In all honesty, it is just not OK and can't be tolerated. She needs some serious anger management," reported E! Online on May 7.

As for Cohen, there has been radio silence until now, when he retweeted Singer's explanation. Many viewers find Cohen hypocritical because of how vehemently he condemned the erupted violence between Kenya Moore and Porsha Stewart on Real Housewives of Atlanta. Stewart was even fired over it. Other viewers found Singer's explanation unsatisfactory because it was not a real apology, and she emphasized that she was soaking wet and that it was a plastic glass.

The Real Housewives of New York airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
