Brooke Burke-Charvet is feeling okay three months after being fired from her co-hosting job at Dancing With the Stars, but she has some choice words about Erin Andrews, the woman who replaced her.

Speaking with E! News recently, Burke-Charvet discussed her thoughts on being fired from the show she co-hosted for eight seasons.

"I feel good about it," she said. "I mean, I'm excited about this time and change and I'm really committed to doing something creative and, you know, being free from that ABC contract now allows me to do anything. So that's a really great feeling."

Despite Burke-Charvet being in a good place in terms of being let go by the show, she may not be thrilled with having Andrews as her replacement.

"I'm not sure they made the right choice -- I won't get into that," she admitted. "But I'm so fortunate that my fans are so loyal and supportive and, you know, I have no hard feelings. I wish them all a huge success, but I think I did everything I could do in the ballroom and I think it was a good time to move on."

Andrews has been a polarizing figure since stepping into the role of co-host in Season 18. Many of the DWTS fans have expressed their anger with Andrews' hiring, while others have praised her as being better than Burke-Charvet.

Dancing With the Stars returns for Season 19 in fall 2014 on ABC. The network has not yet announced a specific premiere date, but it will return to its regular Mondays at 8 p.m. timeslot.
