The intense drama facing both the maids and their employers is only set to increase on Devious Maids.

Maids 'Can't Trust Anyone?'

No one has been safe from the drama, as the repercussions of the rash of break-ins as well as the various romantic entanglements of all the characters continue to make life more complicated and difficult than it should be for the characters.

Marisol's (Ana Ortiz) happy ending with Nick (Mark Deklin) is looking to be even more distant, as she continues to uncover secrets concerning Opal's (Joanna Adler) son, and whether or not Nick may have fathered him. Adding to her stress, Nick has been unhappy about how close she's gotten to her book editor, who is openly flirting with her.

Marisol Learns Nick's Secret & Someone WInds Up In Jail?

Rosie (Dania Ramirez) will encounter more trouble with her new employers after she tries helping Lucinda (Kimberly Hebert Gregory), but soon enough it will backfire on her, as the rest of the Miller family gets involved.

Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez) has been trying to get used to life without Alejandro (Matt Cedeno), since he was shot and killed during the break-in at his home. She has returned to working as a maid again, but things may look up for her having a career in entertainment after all, as she prepares for a business.

The most dramatic moments of the upcoming episode, however, may involve Valentina (Edy Ganem), as she not only deals with her complicated love life, but her new boyfriend Ethan's (Colin Woodell) secret could threaten to be exposed.

Ethan was revealed in the last episode to have been responsible for Alejandro's death, along with Spence's (Grant Show) nephew Ty (Gideon Glick). Now, with the new potential dangerous threat he poses to Valentina, her life will become more complicated.

She has also been dealing with the return of her ex-boyfriend Remi Delatour (Drew Van Acker), who is jealous of her new relationship. Though his mother Genevieve (Susan Lucci) doesn't know how dangerous Ethan actually is, she could interfere in Valentina's relationship with him anyway, in a misguided attempt to help her son.

Devious Maids airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
