Tom (Noah Wyle) and Anne's (Moon Bloodgood) abnormal child was six years old when season 3 ended, but the alien/human hybrid will age to her early 20s before season 4 comes to an end.
Equipped with unique abilities and a dark secret, Lexi (Scarlett Byrne) and her mysterious past is intricately entwined the time the Anne and baby Lexi spent with Karen (Jessy Schram). Even though Karen is dead, what ever the Espheni did to Lexi will be important enough to warrant an episode 3 ("Exodus") flashback.
"I think she's forever going to be the reason for a lot of the things that happen on the show," explained Sarah Carter (Maggie), according to Buddy TV. "She's the reason for everything in the next season. For everything - us separating and coming back together and she has a lot to do with Scarlett Byrne's character."
