Instagram star Dan Bilzerian, who's known for his racy images, just posted yet another slightly provocative photo that shows how he and his female friends keep their bodies in shape.

The image that was posted on his page on Tuesday shows Bilzerian on a ship as he wears a small bathing suit, exposing his torso. A group of women appear in the photo, all giving different types of poses, some more bizarre than others.

While Bilzerian is pulling down on an exercise bar, another girl is sitting on a workout bench lifting weights. Another girl has her hands on another piece of equipment as she bares her legs and stands up straight. As these two girls look towards the camera, another female can be seen in a back shot on what appears to be a stairmaster.

Everyone is doing their own workout on the boat in bathing suits, but one pose that captures the eye is a man doing bench presses -- but instead of lifting a heavy bar, he's lifting a woman. The man has one hand on the girl's leg with his other hand on her back as she lies down horizontally.

Bilzerian captioned the image, "Meanwhile at sea somewhere in the south of France... #WeBenchPressB----es."

The Instagram playboy posted another picture on his page on Saturday that also shows him in a bathing suit. But what makes this picture stand out is that it's a group shot and Bilzerian is the only one wearing a swimsuit.
